Just yesterday, I interviewed a young man about working with our company and one of the most important things about his choice of where to work was his ability to have the newest and greatest computer. This is not the first interviewee this year to stress the importance of having access to the newest and highest-gadgetized equipment in the workplace. When I started in business years ago, I was just thankful to share the newest and greatest technology of the time with another colleague in the office. What's up with the technology demands of the recent graduates looking for their first job? I agree that it's important to have the newest technology a budget will allow, but talk about getting your feet on the ground first... Mike
